What We Did
Paul came to us with an issue that we were more than happy to help resolve. A long wait time for customers was becoming a growing problem. Customers were unable to read the menu from the back of the line which created a hiccup in traffic flow due to their vast inventory of various ice creams. They were unable to promote multiple items at once with static signage displayed in their window. They wanted to reduce the perceived wait time of customers by helping them with their choices from a distance while connecting with their customers in a more visual manner. We managed to make picking their favorite ice cream flavors via a highly attractive medium while maintaining that EYECONIC ambiance. We were even able to help them engage their customers with twitter feeds streamed directly from their twitter posts by targeting their customers with a social media platform displayed directly on their screen. Now they can promote their business online and in line all at the same time.
