Let our software suit do all of the heavy lifting for you! Allow your desk clerks to spend their time wisely, instead of checking in customers manually. Each patient will have the opportunity to check them self in to the wait list que. Patients can watch the wait list que on a dedicated monitor and watch patients be called in real time. Each patient will be represented by their first initial and their last name. Once a patient is called for their appointment, the called patient will be removed from the que. As a result, the subsequent patients will be moved up one according to their priority in the que.

Our que management digital sign is directly integrated with the customer que check-in kiosk. Once a customer enters their first and last name into the check-in kiosk, their name will be added to the wait-list que in real time.
